At the Austin Adobe User Group–Thursday, May 12, 6 pm-8 pm CST co-manager Cornelius Chopin demonstrated Part II of how to work with the new 3D engine in Adobe Illustrator.
- You will learn how to create 3D objects in Adobe Illustrator using the new 3D engine.
- You will learn how to create 3D objects using Plane, Extrude, Revolve and the new Inflate option.
- You will learn how to use the new Material and Lighting effects to enhance any 3D object.
Finally, you will learn how to “polish” your 3D object using the new Ray Tracing function.
About the Presenter
Cornelius Chopin is an Accessibility Coordinator at Texas Health and Human Services. He received an Adobe Certified Instructor (ACI) title in Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and Flash and teaches at night at several schools including the Art Institute of Austin. He completed his Master’s degree in Information Science and Learning Technologies (ISLT) from Missouri University in December 2012 with an emphasis on E-learning and Mobile Application development.
