Presenter Jon Merrifield will cover set up, organization, and execution steps for video editing projects in Premiere Pro. There is a certain recipe for workflow that helps one be more efficient yet allows for the upmost creative flexibility. He will also demonstrate some different video editing techniques as they relate to different genres of video projects.ie: you may use certain tools for an interview and b-roll, yet a different one for a social media piece. He will also touch on the free mobile version, Premier Rush

About the presenter
Jon Merrifield has had a 30 plus year career is post production, visual effects and motion graphics. Working on over 1,000 commercials, nearly 100 music videos and 10 feature films. He has a boutique post/vfx studio based in Austin, Peli Studio and is partner in a Los Angeles production company, Honey for The Bears, Jon also is currently an instructor in After Effects and Premiere Pro at Lumenbrite, an Adobe training facility in S. Austin.
