July 11, 2014 How to Make Accessible Web Sites with Adobe Edge Animate

Unlike Flash that outputs to a proprietary format (*.swf), Adobe Edge Animate creates content that you can make more accessible using standard web technologies like HTML5, CSS3 and jQuery/JavaScript. Learn how to get an “edge” in creating an accessible web site using today’s technologies.

About the Presenter

Cornelius Chopin is currently an Accessibility Specialist at the Texas Department for Assistive and Rehabilitative Services (DARS). He received an Adobe Certified Instructor (ACI) title in Photoshop, Flash, and Dreamweaver and teaches at night at several schools including the Art Institute of Austin. He completed his Master degree in Information Science and Learning Technologies (ISLT) from the Missouri University in December 2012 with emphasis on E-learning and Mobile Application development.
